Pete Luscombe

Pete Luscombe BSc (Hons), HCPC

Pete qualified from Oxford Brookes University, initially working in London for 4 years, before moving to Bristol to work in a split role as a specialist musculoskeletal and inpatient orthopaedic physiotherapist at Southmead Hospital.

Pete has a particular interest in post operative rehabilitation, helping people return to their regular activities including sport and exercise. He is a good listener and will think imaginatively about how to make treatment bespoke for his clients.

There are often barriers that make life harder for people with injuries and impairments and Pete is passionate about helping people work through these to achieve their functional goals and maintain a good quality of life.

He is interested in most sports and has been a keen runner for a long time. He played a lot of rugby in the past as well as snowboarding and skateboarding. More recently Pete has taken up padel tennis which is fast becoming a favourite!
