Jasper/Jaz graduated from the University College of Osteopathy with a Masters degree in which his undergraduate research specialism was the neurophysiological interactions of pain and breathing. He has a special interest in the role stress plays in our lives and especially the interplay between the pressures of modern life and the biomechanics of injury. 

Prior to Clifton Physio Jaz followed his interests in sports injury rehab to work at a climbing specific clinic and with dancers from The Sadlers Wells theatre in London. He has also worked as a senior MSK clinician in an outpatients physiotherapy department in Somerset. 

Jaz aims to support the individual coping mechanisms of each patient using a tailored combination of manual therapy, exercise and breathing techniques. He has additional qualifications in massage, applied biomechanics, strength and conditioning coaching and the application of mindfulness for the treatment of chronic pain.
