We’re excited to introduce Jasper (Jaz) as the newest member of the Clifton Physiotherapy team here in Bristol. He joins us in launching our Osteopathic service.
Jaz graduated from the University College of Osteopathy with a Master’s degree, where his research focused on the fascinating connection between pain and breathing through neurophysiological interactions. He has a strong interest in the role stress plays in our daily lives, particularly how the pressures of modern living affect the biomechanics of injury.
Before joining Clifton Physiotherapy in Bristol, Jaz gained valuable experience in sports injury rehabilitation, working at a climbing-specific clinic and supporting professional dancers from Sadler’s Wells Theatre in London. He also worked as a senior MSK clinician within an outpatient physiotherapy department in Somerset, treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
At Clifton Physio, Jaz offers a personalised approach to treatment, helping patients reach their goals through a tailored mix of:
- Osteopathic techniques
- Sports massage and manual therapy
- Exercise-based rehabilitation
- Breathing and stress management strategies
In addition, Jaz holds qualifications in massage, applied biomechanics, strength and conditioning coaching, and the application of mindfulness for the treatment of chronic pain.
Whether you’re recovering from a sports injury, seeking expert physiotherapy, osteopathy in Bristol, or looking for effective sports massage in Clifton, Jaz is here to support you with his holistic and patient-focused approach.
We’re delighted to welcome him to the team and look forward to our patients benefitting from his expertise.
